Refund and Cancellation Policy

Note: Castle Shields is a private, membership-based cost-sharing community and not an insurance provider. Fees below relate to platform membership and services, not insurance premiums.

One-Time Enrollment Fee

The enrollment fee charged at signup is nonrefundable. This fee covers immediate costs Castle Shields, Inc. incurs for account setup, property/document verification, identity checks, and administrative processing. A refund of the enrollment fee will be granted only if:

  • A duplicate charge occurred due to processing error.
  • A fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is verified.
  • A refund is required by law or regulation.

Requests must be submitted to support@castleshields.com within 7 business days of the transaction.

Monthly Subscription Fee

  • Billed in advance for the upcoming billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time via the customer portal or by contacting support.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active cycle.
  • Future billing stops once cancellation is confirmed.

Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
