Enrollment Fee

A one-time enrollment fee is charged at signup. This fee is disclosed at purchase and is nonrefundable, except as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Monthly Subscription Fee

Members are billed a recurring monthly fee in advance. The current monthly fee is displayed during signup and in your account portal.

Pricing Changes

Castle Shields, Inc. may change enrollment or subscription fees from time to time. Changes apply only to future transactions and future billing cycles. Members will be notified in advance (via email or within the portal) before new pricing takes effect. Previously processed charges are not affected.

Taxes and Fees

All applicable taxes, government fees, or surcharges will be added at checkout as required by law.

Billing Description

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Castle Shields, Inc..
