Not Insurance. Castle Shields, Inc. ("Castle Shields") operates a private, membership-based
cost-sharing community. Participation is voluntary and any assistance is not guaranteed. Castle Shields is not
an insurance company, does not sell insurance, and membership is not a contract of insurance or a substitute
for homeowner's insurance. Members remain responsible for their own expenses.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Castle Shields, Inc.
By creating an account, submitting property details, uploading documentation, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Services
We provide a membership-based cost-sharing platform for homeowners and property stakeholders, including tools to
submit property information, request community cost-sharing assistance, and connect with a directory of independent,
third-party service providers. We may review and verify documents you upload (e.g., property details or policy
declarations) for eligibility and compliance with community guidelines. We do not underwrite, adjust, or pay insurance claims.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete property and documentation information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
- Use the platform lawfully and do not interfere with security or operations.
Independent Providers
Any contractors or service providers accessed through our directory are independent third parties, not employees,
agents, or partners of Castle Shields. We do not warrant their services and are not responsible for their work.
Fees and Billing
Enrollment and monthly fees are charged as described in our Pricing Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due.

No Guarantees of Assistance
Community cost-sharing assistance, if any, is voluntary and not guaranteed. No statement on the site or platform
should be interpreted as a promise of payment, coverage, or indemnification.
Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Castle Shields, Inc. is
not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
