CASTLE SHIELDS PARTNER AGREEMENT

Version 1.0 - Effective Date: January 2025

1. INTRODUCTION

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Castle Shields ("Company") and the applicant ("Partner").

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Partner will be assigned a commission plan upon approval. Commissions begin 60 days after each customer's signup date.

3. COMMISSION EXCLUSIONS

Partner earns NO commission on member sharing requests. If Company waives fees, Partner earns no commission on waived amounts.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Commissions paid monthly, subject to minimum threshold. If customer stops paying, commissions stop immediately.

5. TAX REPORTING

Partner responsible for taxes. Company will issue Form 1099-NEC for annual earnings of $600 or more.

6. PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner must accurately represent Castle Shields as a voluntary, member-driven home cost-sharing community. Partner must NOT describe Castle Shields as insurance, a warranty, a service contract, or any guaranteed financial product. Partner must not make false or misleading statements about the community model.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with written notice.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By checking the box below, Partner agrees to all terms.
